Basicially, I teach 4 acting classes - TUES 7-9, THUR 7:30-9:30, FRI 2-4 and
SAT 11:30-1:30
in NYC (36th and 8th)

Your duties would be, basically, come to one or two acting classes a week-
you would take them for FREE-
and then stay after a half hour and help sort out the files- not much work
at all.

I prefer if you can make the Thur or Fri classes

We run a terrific class. We teach you how to do cold readings/scenes as if

I am in the final stages of editing my short film entitled, 'Quiet on the
Set.' Unfortunately I was premature getting the film completed and
immediately burned it onto a dvd and shipped it out to get the art work and
copies made. A few months later, I decided I want to cut a final 30 minutes
out of it. The current run time is 70 minutes and I'd like it to be down to
35 minutes at least. My editor inputed the dvd into his mac and was planning
on editing the bits from there, but unfortunately it did not work out the
way he planned. What I am looking for is an experienced enough editor who
can simply input the actual dvd into their software and edit some clips OUT
of the film and then burn it onto another dvd. Should only take 30-40
minutes to edit them out. I know exactly what needs to be taken out, just a
matter of doing it. It is not a very difficult, tedious job. No fancy
schmancy techniques. My original editor already did that. Just simply
omitting bits out of the film. Here is a synopsis of the film for your
interest...


'QUIET ON THE SET'
SYNOPSIS: David Thorn, an off-off-Broadway mentally unstable theatre
director from the Bronx is given the chance to direct his first independent
feature film based on his autobiography, Thorns & Roses. However, his uneven
style of directing and drinking problem causes the production to crumble. A
small documentary film crew follows the whole filming process as well as the
6 month later aftermath with David Thorn and his personal assistant.

couple of traditional beer commercial looking models/actresses for very
simple, fun roles. No speaking required. Just a beautiful smile, playful
personality, great body and 25 years or older (contest rules). Some of the
roles needed include holding a small sign, blowing bubbles while wearing

About the Movie:
Seven days before Valentine's Day, an unsuspecting woman, Isidora Salazar,

to translate the message and calling ex-boyfriends, interests, and crushes.
When her leads toward finding her admirer fall short and her translation
proves to be inaccurate, Isidora decides she will be patient and wait for

February 14th passes, Isidora receives a different gift and message. When

During my time at Denison, I made ten student films, held two off-campus
summer internships with film and video production companies (one in New
York), and held an on-campus internship filming and editing videos for two
university offices. I have spent countless hours in the editing room and did
some brief work for BNP Paribas/Bank of America last summer on Final Cut
Pro. Beyond that I have worked many hours crewing on the sets of student
film shoots working as DP, gaffer, sound operator, AD, script supervisor,
and camera operator. In Brooklyn I am currently holding an internship
position teaching film in a class of middle school students in an after
school program.
I am a 2009 graduate of Denison University with a BA in Cinema with a
passion for film and filmmaking. I know, as a student of film and
entertainment, that in this business it's all about experience and
connections. I am looking to get myself exposed to as much of both as
possible with some experience in production and post production.
I have a software/equiptment knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and
various Panasonic and Sony HD/HDV Cameras. I also have experience shooting
and editing on 16mm.

to read scripts and attend live events for coverage purposes.

Mandatory: College degree or currently working towards an undergraduate
degree with minimum 3.3 GPA and/or demonstration of excellence in a given
field. Superior organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to
detail.
